Privacy Policy — Lexicon

This policy explains what information the App handles and how. We’ve kept it short and plain.

The short version

• The App has no accounts and no login.
• Your game progress is stored on your device — we don’t have a server and we don’t collect it.
• The App shows ads (Google AdMob) and offers a one-time in-app purchase (Lexicon Pro). Those involve third parties (Google and Apple), described below.
• We do not sell your personal data.

Information stored on your device

Your progress, coins, stars, streak, settings, and similar game state are saved locally on your device (using the system’s standard on-device storage). This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed if you delete the App.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob to show ads (optional rewarded videos and occasional full-screen ads between levels). To deliver and measure ads, Google may collect and process information such as a device/advertising identifier, IP address, and app-usage data. This processing is performed by Google, not by us.

• On first launch we show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, ads are shown in a non-personalized form.
• In the European Economic Area / UK, we present a consent form for ad personalization, and you can revisit your choices anytime via Settings → Privacy options.
• Buying Lexicon Pro removes all ads.

In-app purchases (Apple)

Lexicon Pro is sold through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never receive your payment details. Purchases are governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy: apple.com/legal/privacy

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Firebase Analytics) to understand aggregate, anonymous usage — for example, how many players reach a given level — so we can improve the App. Any such data is not used to identify you and is not linked to a name or account (the App has none). Where used, this processing is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will address it.

Your choices

• Limit ad tracking: decline the tracking prompt, or adjust Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.
• Revisit ad consent (EU/UK): Settings → Privacy options inside the App.
• Remove ads entirely: purchase Lexicon Pro.
• Delete everything: delete the App from your device.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. Because we hold no personal data about you on our own servers, most requests relate to data handled by Google (advertising) — see Google’s policy above. Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll post the new version at this URL with an updated effective date.
